A doula provides physical, emotional, and educational support during pregnancy, labor, and birth whether you are giving birth at home, a birth center, or in the hospital. We meet before your birth to discuss your desires for labor, and answer questions you have, stay in touch throughout the pregnancy, and then during your labor and birth we provide comfort measures, emotional support, and continued education about your options.
